Sustainability at Hotel Boutique Quinta Esencia
At Hotel Boutique Quinta Esencia, sustainability isn't an afterthought. It's the invisible thread that weaves everything together. From the building's renovation to the small everyday gestures, every decision is born from a single conviction: that another way of living is possible.
Reuse, recover, rehabilitate, recycle, regenerate.
Five ways to understand luxury from a place of respect and awareness.

Small gestures, big impact
Five verbs, one commitment: May everything that passes through our hands leave the smallest impact… and the greatest meaning.
Reuse. Give a second life to what others discard.
Recover. Look back on the past with respect, not to imitate it, but to learn from it.
Rehabilitate. Care for what has been built, preserve what is essential, and intervene meaningfully.
Recycle. Choose what is circular, useful, and coherent.
Regenerate. Go beyond not harming: give back, heal, leave a positive mark.

Conscious rehabilitation
The building that now houses Hotel Boutique Quinta Esencia has been a home, a boarding house, and a witness.
Its restoration has respected the original structure, preserving the coffered ceiling, the hydraulic floors, and the architectural essence of the old palace.
The project has been renovated using low-impact techniques, noble materials, and the expertise of local artisans to restore without erasing, transform without damaging.

Craftsmanship that leaves a mark
At Hotel Boutique Quinta Esencia, every object has a story.
From the furniture to the smallest details, everything has been chosen and created with loving hands, using noble materials and with respect for the crafts that still endure.
The furniture has been custom-designed and manufactured by carpenters from our province, using locally sourced wood.
The glasses, trays, and other everyday objects have been crafted by Fran Agudo, a craftsman from Puente del Arzobispo, combining tradition and simplicity.
Even the most discreet things—like the bag we keep our hairdryer in—are part of a project with soul.
“This fabric already had a story, now another begins.”
This bag has been made from quilts recovered by women at risk of social exclusion, thanks to the collaborative project Deleite x Restoledo.
A small gesture, yes. But with a real impact.

Commitment to people
Hotel Boutique Quinta Esencia is part of Restoledo's corporate social responsibility plan, a project that understands hospitality as a tool for transformation.
The core of this commitment is clear: to generate a positive impact on our environment, in a real, tangible, and ongoing way.
- Labor inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities.
- Collaboration with artisan and social projects in Castilla-La Mancha.
- Active participation in responsible and regenerative tourism networks.
Because we believe in a hospitality that not only welcomes, but also cares, repairs, and gives back.
And in a luxury that is born from the balance between the soul of the place and the mark we leave on it.
