Pay
Payment for your stay is made directly at the hotel. When you make your reservation, we will require a credit card as a guarantee only, but no advance charges will be made, except in specific cases that we will inform you in advance.
Cancellation
We know plans can change. That's why you can cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 PM the day before your arrival.
If you cancel outside of this period or do not show up, the amount corresponding to one night will be charged to the card provided and the reservation will be canceled.
Group reservations
For reservations of more than 5 rooms, special conditions apply. A security deposit and a different cancellation policy will be required, which we will communicate to you personally after receiving your request.
