At Hotel Boutique Quinta Esencia, we want your experience to be comfortable and transparent from the very beginning. Therefore, we detail our booking conditions below:
Payment method:
The total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided 2 days prior to arrival, through a secure payment gateway.
If the charge cannot be processed, we will send you a payment link, which must be completed within 24 hours. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation
We know plans can change. That's why you can cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 PM the day before your arrival.
If you cancel outside of this period or do not show up, the amount corresponding to one night will be charged to the card provided and the reservation will be canceled.
Group reservations
For reservations of more than 5 rooms, special conditions apply. A security deposit and a different cancellation policy will be required, which we will communicate to you personally after receiving your request.
